It's becoming quite common-place to hear about or see another entertaining car related video from Mother Russia. It's no wonder that the sale of dashcams has been on the rise over there for the past few years. Between all the crazy weather, the unpredictable roads, the lack of regard for road laws (in some drivers) and the seemingly endless amount of chaos on Russian roads, it almost makes sense that we see new videos pop up every week.

In this particular one, watch as the driver of the vehicle with the dashcam gets distracted by something only to plow into the stopped car in front of him. At least we know that the emergency services were on site to deal with the situation in record time

If you were walking through the woods and saw a grizzly humping a moss covered log, you would give it more attention than if Jesus came down from the sky holding the next iPhone. That’s what a car crash is; unexpected, wrong, but amazing. In the middle east there’s not a lot of motor sport. A car crashed into a utility pole on the west side of Nazareth on Wednesday night, snapping the pole, which dangled precariously over the damaged vehicle. The driver and a passenger were able to free themselves after the 11:20 p.m. accident at 5 S. Convent Ave., near Center Street, but the damaged pole and its electric lines prevented towing the car. "The car can't be moved until Met-Ed gets there," an officer said. "If that pole comes down, it's going right into a house. " A Northampton County emergency dispatcher said Met-Ed would try to have a repair crew on the scene by 1:30 a.m. There were no reports of power outages.

A five-car crash in south Allentown Wednesday morning left some injured and tied up traffic through some of the morning rush hour. The accident happed at 6:08 a.m. this morning when one car tried to go straight but was in the turning lane in the 1000 block of Lehigh Street, near Wyoming Street. The impact set off a chain of collisions. Assistant Police Chief Jorge Medero said this morning there were some injuries but did not immediately have details. Emergency radio dispatch initially included calls for a rescue, but Medero said no rescue was required.

A portion of Country Club Road in Bethlehem Township will be closed until about 10 p.m. Saturday night. A car accident occurred on the road around 4 p.m. Saturday, and a vehicle crashed into a utility pole, knocking it down, according to emergency dispatchers. The police and fire department have left the scene, but the PPL crews are working to restore the pole, the dispatcher said. Country Club Road is closed between Green Pond and Hecktown roads. The road should be open again by tonight.

A woman was injured in Allentown late Tuesday when she crashed into a parked car on West Walnut Street in the city. The accident happened in a light rain at 11:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Walnut Street, where the woman, who appeared to be in her 60s, was driving east on the one-way street, witnesses said. Her car spun into a parked car. She told police a white truck cut her off, sending her into the parked car. In the collision, her car also clipped a passing car. The woman, who had a "PD" physical disabilities license plate, was taken by Allentown EMS to a hospital.

State police have identified the Lehighton woman who was injured seriously last week when her car hit a parked camper trailer in East Penn Township. Tammy Stiver, 37, of N. Second Street, was knocked out when her eastbound car went off E. Lizard Creek Road, Route 895, at 2:40 p.m. and crashed into the trailer, pushing it down an embankment, state police at Lehighton said Tuesday. Lehighton Ambulance took her from the accident scene to a helicopter, which flew her to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
